2. Software Licensing

All software is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your selected plan.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or share license keys without prior written consent.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders, payment processing, tax compliance (VAT/sales tax), and invoicing are managed securely by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh (Polar Software Inc.).

Software downloads and license keys are delivered digitally immediately upon successful checkout and remain accessible anytime via your account and receipt email.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds can be requested directly via Polar's customer portal, through the link in your receipt, or by contacting support@ikke.tokyo. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (typically appearing within 5–10 business days).

5. Disclaimer & Liability

Software and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Igor Serwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
