2. Software Licensing
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software in accordance with the license type specified at checkout.
3. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability.
